Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007
If you want mice to have the run of your home...if you want the rudest, most unfriendly office staff...if you want your complaints unanswered...if you want maintenance to show up whenever they feel like it.....if you want your apt. broken into....if you want your property stolen....if you want neighbors who blare their music all thru the night...if you want to be chased my viscious pit bulls...if you want office staff who will not make the renters comply with the rules...if you want drug dealers for next door neighbors...if you want little kids trying to give your kids drugs...then by all means, this is the place for you. The name may have changed from East Roc to Harbor Point Estates, but they are still very much the same East Roc.....only 100 times worse. My advice, avoid this place like the plague!
