its really funny how they say they love there residents.i should have known when they gave me a move in sheet for things to be fixed when we moved in and 6 months later it never happened. I lived there for 3 years and fineally broke my lease because of so many issues they didnt want to fix. The rent is cheap some what but they throw all these extras in. Like $30.00 a month water bill. When water bills are only issued by the county every 3 months and useally there right around $30.00. Walls are paper thin and they let noise and anything in! Even if you are mr clean himself. Prepare for infestation of mice. So bad they run around during the day,and if your nabors have roaches you will too. Theyll come out and put down gel but thats it. I had to call terminix and pay for them to exterminate my house. I called and reported my nabors since one night i went over there and there house was filfthy and roaches crawling all over. They never did anything. My front door had cracks right through them. They wouldnt fix them i had to tape them to keep the air out. I had sevral windows broken by the kids in the naborhood. That i had to pay to get fixed. My dryer was broke for 3 months and i had to take my clothes to the on site laundry center to dry them. The kids in the naborhood run around screaming all day and all night. Throw stuff at your house you cant put nothing outside or it will be stolen. If they really love there residents they wouldnt want them to live like that. But the only thing they love about there residents is there MONEY!!!! Im still paying for the hell hole i used to live in.

You are so right. I used to live there and I broke my lease as well because of the mice and violence. Also, because I feared for my family's safety. I guess you get what you pay for....
