I MOVED IN JANUARY 2008 AND I HEARD BAD THINGS ABOUT THE COMMUNITY BUT I COULDN'T LET RUMORS STOP ME FROM LETTING ME LIVE MY LIFE, SO I TOOK A CHANCE AND MOVED INTO MY FIRST TOWNHOME AND I MUST SAY THE TOWNHOME IS VERY NICE AND DONNA AT THE RENTAL OFFICE IS VERY NICE( AT LEAST TO ME SHE IS). THE ONLY PROBLEM I HAVE HAD IS TRASHY LOUD NEIGHBORS AND THINGS CHANGED FOR THE GOOD BUT ONLY AFTER I MADE A COMPLAINT TO CALL FOR CORPORATE'S NUMBER, IM A PRETTY LAID BACK PATIENT PERSON,BECAUSE I DID TOLORATE IT FOR A WHILE UNTIL I JUST GOT FED UP WHO WANTS TO LIVE LIKE THAT, BUT EVERYTHING IS GOOD NOW. NO TRASH! NO LOUD NEIGHBORS!

Donna is nice, but I lived there and the rodents was worse than the neighbors.
