These apartments at Marlyn Gardens offer the best rent in Baltimore county with all utilities included except phone/cable. My car insurance decreased by $10.00 per month. If you have pets you can bring them here without additional deposits or pet rent all excellent when you are trying to save money and the area is quiet. But hold on to your seats; these apartments are in need of MAJOR EMERGENCY RENOVATIONS.... there is a constant ROACH, MICE and ANT PROBLEM. I have killed about 20 MICE in a 2 MONTH period GROSS. When I told management about the roaches they said they would put me on the exterminator list HUH! THEY NEVER CAME. Buy a space heater the radiators in the rooms provide no heat, you will be very cold. The outlets hardly none, I had to purchase 5 extention cords because there are only 3 outlets in the whole apartment(1bedroom apartment). The kitchen cabinets are seperating from the ceiling with constant ROACHES. The tub in the bathroom also needs replacement. The repair guys are very friendly aND sometimes do repairs pretty fast. LAST WORDS ROACH AND MICE PALACE! EXPENSE AND PET FRIENDLY!
