The apartment wasn't too bad. Repairs done quickly. Had a problem with mice once or twice. No problems with any bugs, Thank God! Parking was always good. Quiet. Area not bad. Apartments could use some renovations, bath tub, bathroom sink, some counterspace would be nice, just some updates. You can tell the buildings are older. Had pets, didn't have to pay anything extra. Bedroom sizes were nice. Closets decent. Overall, you get what you pay for. If your looking for something cheap and arent too picky, this is the place for you.
