I have lived in my apartment for 6 months. First moving it the apartment was fine, no real issues. But as the months went on, there was more and more issues. There is a crack from the base board to the floor in the living room, where bugs of all types would crawl in. We had to put a plastic sheets to fill in this crack. In our second bedroom, you could see the outside from the crack in the floor. Taking a shower is also intresting, the water temperature changes frequently from extremly cold to hot. Along witht he oven that made a disgusting smell, and any food that went in it would have a weird taste. So the oven was never used. These problems we lived with, but as spring came so did the roaches and mice. We made several attempts to put up mouse traps but the mice would eat was on the trap and run off without beig caught on the trap. We always found droppings linning the walls and on the tables. The heat is regulated so when its hot outside, its hot in the apartment. When its cold outside is cold in the apartment. We had to buy space heaters, and an aray of fans.
The maintenance people were nice, but every time we called them, they would say there was no issue and leave. The neighbors are quiet and nice, never had an issue with disturbances with music. Thankfully this was only a temporary living situation and we are able to move without breaking a lease.
If you are looking for something temporary and in the winter, you may decide to move here. But if you are looking for something more permanent and want to live comfortably it is not here.

This is soooo true! Moving without breaking the lease is easy! Month to month rental agreement is how it works! Just beware of the infestations that DO occur~!
