Below Market Living From: Micessex Date posted: 4/25/2008 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2008   I have been here for A FEW years this year I never received the letter stating whether I wanted to renew or not when I called I was told that my lease has been renewed. I have mice droppings all over my stove and counter on a daily basis. Then I am told that my house is below market rent. We they went up on my rent 26.00 and I have been submitting maintence request since Jan. I even sent a ltr stating that I would be putting my rent in escrow and no maintence today. I don't care where I go when my lease is up, but I'll be damned if I am going to share my house with mice and they don't kick in on the rent. DONT MOVE HERE PAY THE EXTRA MONEY AND FIND SOMETHING DECENT. OH AND ANOTHER THING I ASKED TO HAVE WORK DONE IN MY HOUSE AND THEY CAN'T SEND SOMEONE BUT I SEE PEOPLE OUTSIDE PAINTING THE SIDEWALK'''''''''''''''''
