I originally rated my experience here positive, but in recent months, I have become disappointed with the community. I often see many young people hanging and loitering outside the buildings with nothing to do. There were a number of people living in a one bedroom apartment in my building with very noisy children. When I reported it to management, they informed me that they were not even on the lease. Eventually, they moved. There was a murder in the parking lot of the complex two days ago. The way I was informed about it was through the news when I returned home. When I suggested to management that they should have circulated a flyer to warn the community about the murder and to be careful, they were unresponsive to my suggestion. They told me that it would not have made a difference. I may not have, but it would have indicated to me that management cares about its tenants. It seemed to me that they wanted to keep it quiet to avoid explaining to future tenants about the safety of the communty. At this time they have no plans to beef up security of the complex. I personally do not feel safe or valued. Rent at your own risk.

Just 3 months later and 2 more shootings in the Foxridge Townhomes (same management, same area) 3 people shot in 2 days! I feel so unsafe here. I don't even let the kids play outside any more.

Violence happens where there are people. In the best of neighborhoods, complexes and areas there are violence. I do agree that the tenents should have been notified.
