The apartments are definitely spacious but it is what you make it. People complain about noise but that is to be expected in an apartment. I stay on the third floor and I don't hear any noise. Your neighbors may be problematic but that just speaks to a different lifestyle of resident. Every neighbor is not going to be a good neighbor, that's life. I don't have problems with mice or roaches but then again I keep my apartment very clean and tidy. Queens Purchase is good for the value and when you are able to get your own home you will appreciate the difference between home and apartment living.

I justed moved into this community and i was told about the apartment by a friend i dont anything about essex but it is cheaper i have not seen anyone yet since i moved in just a kid once maybe it because it winter time my apartment is nice by im a very clean person..my son is very well behaved i hear people coming into the building and going into there apartment but no trouble..it cheap for me i live somewhere else and pay 1275.00 a month and had a lot of problems drama and here nothing yet im a single mother and this will be a start over until i buy my house so for the most part no problem yet and quiet so far.
