Don't live here even if homeless is the other option

There is no noise control at all.

I could hear my upstairs neighbors talking, playing music, I could even hear their phone ringing, not to mention their constant fighting.

There is a terrible roach problem, bugs everywhere, and when I called to have them spray for them I was told that there was nothing they could do about them and that some bugs wouldn't hurt me.

Three times I came home and found maintence men in my apartment without my authorization to be there, for no reason.

I think one even stole all the change out of my change jar.

If you are 'lucky' enough to get a studio apartment with a provate entrance, like I had they won't give you a key to the building to use the laundry room, even though you're guarenteed that right by your lease.

However they have no problem charging you for violating your lease for having a portable washing machine in your apartment, and for putting an extra lock on your door to keep the maintence men out.

When I did have to call maintence to have something fixed it took 2-3 days to get a response, and then twice I had to call back because they either didn't fix it or broke something else.
