The walls are paper thin. You can hear other people's phones ring, their conversations and even their buzzer when someone comes by for them.
Have to call maintenance 2-3 times before they will actually respond.
Wintertime is horrible. Maintenance men take and put the salt in their cars to take home. Walking outside in the winter is like "walking on ice".
Roaches in the apts. Had extermintator come at least three times since I've moved here.
Parking is getting terrible, since two residents "claim" to be mechanics and use the parking lot as their garage.
Shower is constantly feeling up, as if I'm taking a bath. Had to call maintenace only to put acid in the tub, and when the people upstairs takes showers my toilet begins to run, bubble and flushes on its own.
Front door mainly locks. Anyone can walk in.
Laundry room door is constantly kept open.
WHAT A JOKE!! YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR!!
On a month-to-month lease and can't wait to get out. Would never renew another year's lease here.
Do yourself a favor and PLEASE look elsewhere
