I had no real problems

Years at this apartment: 1995-01-01 - 1996-01-01

Granted I lived at Southwoods from 1995-1996 and we all know times have changed.

In a year there was one occurance where a young teen ran in the building to the laundry room and turned off my electricity breaker.

I lived in #2 Eddystone which is right in front of the maintenance building.

There's a dumpster there too and one night someone lit a mattress on fire that was in that dumpster.

But I thought it was funny so I didn't care.

Parking was fine.

The ----- who lived below me complained that she heard me walking around at 4AM.

Well sorry it's not my fault the floors are thin.

Don't blame me.

I wrote her back a nice little note and put it on her door.

She moved out shortly thereafter.

BTW I never heard the neighbors above me walking on their floors.

Other than that, I had zero problems I can recall.

AND I DON'T WORK FOR HENDERSEN-WEBB EITHER.

Back then my one bedroom apartment there was something like $367 a month.

Wow if only you could find that these days!
