Good, Bad and the Ugly From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 3/27/2006 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2006   After living here for 2 years now, I can say there was more good then anything. Unfortunily, the bad and the ugly were so bad, it canceled any good. One word, MICE! It took 8 months of convencing the landlords that we had mice and to do something about them. Then they still did some half way job to fix the problem which, lead to the mice coming back. Half attempts at fixing thing. And a rediculious lawn rule(Just seemed like someone was paid to not look at some lawns that were worse then mine by far!) Other than these items, the place is nice and quite. Neighbors are ok. Area has most of what you need for shopping. I;m going to sign here anonymously because, my lease is not up til November.
