Overall I love the neighborhood. I love the house. In fact, I would be 100% happy here if it weren't for mice. I am a very neat person and a little crazy about germs and there have been an infestation of mice. my neighbors complain about the same issue. They make it almost unbearable. I feel if you pay an arm and two legs for rent. you should not have unwanted visitors. the mice make my ant problem not seem so bad. so if you are use to mice and not afraid of them then yes I would definately suggest this place.
