I must agree with other tenants. It is a clean nice neihborhood with the exception of the mice. I got a cat...allergiies. Also they are very annoying with this grass rule. I don't mind cutting the grass, but I did notice that some people whom trimmed the grass still recieved notes stating they hadn't and would be charged. They want you to cut the grass every week. Well I got the hint moved out...mortgage is cheaper and I don't pay nearly as much as a I did there. Moved around the corner same development. The are home owners in the same development.
