Ive really enjoyed living here. some small gripes but overall had a good experience! It's very large and the nicest neighborhood ive seen around here. they ARE annoyingly picky about the grass and yard, but i guess it's for good reason. people complained of mice but since we've moved here i havent seen one yet. (that could be due to the overpopulation of stray cats in this area) The place is a good size, and though nothing is brand new but, it is up to date and has a very nice apeal. I would recommend anybody move here. i feel very safe in this neighborhood and my neighbors are very friendly, mostly families. nice floorplan, no bugs, no crime, good price. i would say its the best for your money in balt co. i will warn you of one thing though, the maintnance people WILL walk in your house without warning. I am frequently home alone with my son and was very uncomfortable when one day i heard somebody walk in my house and it happened to be some "strange" man (i say strange because i never seen him NOT to say he was weird) he could tell i felt threatened and explained to me that he was there to replace the blinds, even though we had not requested that. he turned out to be very friendly but nonetheless i was very uncomfortable with a stranger walking into my house, when i complained to the office, they said that they COULD come in without notice at any time, even when we are not home, and unfortunately there was nothing we could do about it. Other than that incident, i was very pleased to live here!
