These are very nice houses. However, for the price we pay to live here, the employees could be much improved upon. Maintenance requests get lost. If our rent were 5 days late we'd be taken to court, but it seems to be no big deal if they take 2 weeks to a month to respond to your service requests. Have had to put in multiple calls for the same problem when it is not properly fixed the first (or even second) time around. The emergency on-call maintenance people seem to be quicker and better at making repairs, IF the emergency line works properly and they actually get the call. I think we have fixed more things around the house then they have, because when you get tired of waiting it is just easier to do it yourself if you can.

Representatives at the rental office are very uncooperative when issues are brought to their attention and are not always 100% honest or professional.

While we appreciate the neighborhoods appearance kept up through the grass rules, it is a pain to cut the grass every single week and they make you cut it so short that it burns up in a heartbeat. The rules about raking leaves and shoveling snow are a little excessive. Someone needs to get a clue that we do not own these houses, we rent! We did not plant the trees that create the leaves, the leaves decaying would actually be good fertilizer for the lawn, and I can understand shoveling your own walk, but the public sidewalks should be their responsibility. Also the prices they charge to do these things for you are outrageous!

If there were better people to deal with then we would love living here. However dealing with these people makes us hate it.
