At first I really liked this community alot. After being here for three years, it sucks. Cut the grass, pick up the trash, and all types of annoying things. The rental office acts as if you are the dummest person in the world. If you call for a repair you have to wait until they decide that they want to come out. I once called because of the extreme heat, and the air conditionar was broke.Myself and my sons are asthmatic. They told me that I needed proof of that before they would fix the air. Even after given them the proof, it took them 4 hours to come and repair it. This community is a big joke. It's alot of favortism going on at this location. If i knew what I know now I would have never moved in here. Also they continue to go up on the rent and still does 0% repairs. Recently, Your being told that you are responsible for other people in the community lacking. I don't feel that it is my responsibility to clean up after people or pick up what they lack in. I really suggest before moving into this complex to really do a thorough walk through because you may be disappointed at the end, just as I was. Now i'm fighting hard to get out of this hell hole. The insects and rodents are off the chain. It's as if they live in the home with you. No matter how clean you keep your home, you will always have them as company. The rental office staff is very rude and unprofessional. I feel that they should monitor who they hire a little better. Every other month it's a new rental office staff member. They Can't keep no one in the office to work because of all of the complaints they receive.

I would not recommend my animals to live here!!!!! I would let them live in the street first!!!!!!!!!
