Walnut Grove Townhomes

Wow!!!! From: freeme29 Date posted: 4/23/2008 Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2008   The staff at Walnut Grove are not friendly. When you call for repairs they will put in a repair ticket and it may get fix within Three days. But you would like your residents to pay there rent on time. The lawn care the notices came out about your lawn care and if it was not cut by a certain length the apt. complex would have a lawn care specialist come and cut your grass not too mentioned they raise the price due to the economy. The rent is going up and you are responsible for your water bill, electric and lawn bill. who economy is going up, not Walnut Grove but the residents. When they say up-dated appliances be aware I don't think a microwave or a Refrigerator from 1997 is up-dated. The cabinets and stove is old nothing new as they stated.Wow!!!! the only thing that Walnut Grove have done up-dated since I have been here less then a year is residents are know able to pay their rent on-line know. Not too mentioned there was a killing in the neighborhood the youngman killed his girlfriend and of course management did not even send out notice about the event.
