Avoid at all costs!!

This place is unbelievably bad. Dirty diapers getting stuffed in storm door handles, cars vandalized (one of my neighbors had hers vandalized almost every week last year), harrassment...and forget about your privacy! The managers think it's their right to come into your place whenever they want WITHOUT NOTICE! Don't forget to wash the breakfast dishes before you leave for work--they call that a health hazard (even if they're rinsed and in the sink). We lost our ENTIRE deposit to these people--and we left no holes in the walls, nothing was damaged, and we had the carpeting professionally cleaned before we left. These people will steal your money and just about everything else they can. Our car was vandalized multiple times. The neighbors' teenage children would just come sit on the hood of it whenever they felt like it. Our windshield got broken, nails were put in our tires, the paint was keyed....and we were the ones in the neighborhood who tried to help out the neighbors by mowing their lawns for free when they weren't feeling well or were injured, helping them move things with our truck, etc. I can only imagine how bad things are for the people who aren't nice to their neighbors. People were banging on our door at all hours of the night--not to ask for things, but just because they thought it was funny. We finally ended up having to get a gun and a huge dog for protection. If you're looking for a safe place to live, this isn't it. They wouldn't even maintain our basic appliances like the stove or refrigerator. Plan on spending a fortune on electricity, too. We were ultra conservative about our energy (the light bulbs, roasting in the summer, freezing in the winter, turning all the lights off unless they were absolutely necessary, hanging our laundry to dry until it was mostly dry and only using the dryer to freshen them up....) and we were still paying $250 a month. Some of our neighbors were paying $350 or more. On top of all that, you have to mow and edge your own grass, and they don't think logically and assume people need to dry their grass out for a day or two after it rains. They send those notices out faithfully even if it has been raining all week and is STILL raining the day they send them out. They're also in the habit of citing you for "lease violations" of things that aren't actually listed in the lease. Choosing this place to live was one of the worst moves we've made. We've lived plenty of places because our work moves us every few years, and this is by far the worst ever.
