Here is my story i moved out here from Towson,Md to get a bigger house for my two year old son ,mom, and family. First when i moved in the same day they clean the carpet which may i add was wet with mouse dropping and remind you i had a baby who loved to crawl. Second the washer and dryer was not in the basement they came they were giving me new ones which i got after they stop playing dumb. Ok since then the maintence sucks. They lie and said they did this and that when they didn't. They are lazy. The rental office seem to not have a clue about what maintence do. Basically,I been here for a year and it been the worst with mice. One mouse got on the trap the rest would come out around people. One died in my stove the maintence came in got it out without cleaning anything or notifying it's where abouts in the stove. The rental office is not trying to resolve the issue. They come in and put down ---- they think they will eat but they don't. One mouse ran out right near by bare foot i was upset for months. Now tonight i go in the basement and smell something so bad like that same smell that was in the stove and BAMM there is a dead rat. Please donot move in these townhome there are a joke. I waiting for the first opening of apartment as i speak. It's a waste of money. I hear habor estates is not like this and there are cheaper with bigger rooms. The house is old too may i add and they need to remodel the older set of homes...

I was considering moving here, but I also live in Towson. I would not want to live with this problem. They look good on the outside, but from what I am reading, they don't care about the inside. Wow. I am very disappointed.
