The community was quiet, mateinance was great. The price was high but you get what you pay for. The one lady in the rental office it very rude and disrespectful and uninformed on anything (dumb blonde). They really treat you as if you own the house , you have to cut the grass every week or they charge you like $50 if they feel it isn't cut low eniguh or not trimmed, you get a notice on I think
tuesday evening and the want the grass cut by 8am Wednesay I think it's rediculous. But other that that we loved it huge yard for our growing family and very spacious hard to find space like that when you buy great community once you live there you will never want to move.I know I didn't but you can't rent forever.
