Queens Purchase Apartments 50% Recommended May 01 2008: Reading all these reviews before deciding to move into this apartment made me scared at first. Hearing about all the supposed noises, crime problems, and bug problems made me weary of signing a yearly lease with Queens Purchase. But when Gateway Townhouses 0% Recommended Apr 25 2008: I have been here for A FEW years this year I never received the letter stating whether I wanted to renew or not when I called I was told that my lease has been renewed. I have mice droppings all Walnut Grove Townhomes 38% Recommended Apr 23 2008: The staff at Walnut Grove are not friendly. When you call for repairs they will put in a repair ticket and it may get fix within Three days. But you would like your residents to pay there rent on time. Gateway Townhouses 0% Recommended Apr 07 2008: I lived in this townhouse for a year. When you call for maintenance, you come back and find a note but, the problem still existing. I kept my payments on time and had no problem. My worse nightmare came when Carroll Island Apartments 0% Recommended Mar 08 2008: This complex is the worst I have ever been in. I understand that they allow pets but please there should be a limit and the types of pets allowed some people have birds, dogs and cats all in the same |
