OK until Harford Village Management took over

Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2003
 
This place wasn't too bad but apartments are small and there is no parking space near if you come home late from work.

I heard that Harford Village North/South now manages the place, so that's the worst that could've happened to such a place.

Nice location though. Expensive for what you get.
