We just passed our 1 year mark and have had no problems or complaints. Our neighbors are quiet and friendly and we haven't had MUCH interaction with the staff, but whenever we have they've always been perfectly pleasant and competant, which is more than I can say for other places I've lived. The buildings and grounds are well-maintained and it's a great location. My one complaint would be lack of parking in front of some of the buildings due to placement of Dumpsters, etc. We're now looking to move due to a new job in a different area and are having a hard time finding someplace that compares favorably with Harford Village North.
