Overall okay but you won't believe what they did to me.

I had been subleaseing an apartment for six months, never missed a payment. Came time for me to acquire lease in my own name and was told I qualified. Signed lease paid the deposit and was to have moved to another apartment just one street over on Oct. 24th. I had phone service arranged, electric and gave post office new address. Well I get a phone call on my second day of a new job and was told that an audit was done and I do not qualify for two bedroom. You can imagine how devastating this was for me. Got no sympathy just a lame "sorry".
I was able to get one bedroom but cannot move in until Dec13th. I moved from the apartment and have had to cram myself, my daughter and my possessions into my father's apartment.
I signed a lease!!! But because property manager had not signed they were not bound to honor it.
Hopefully I will be moving into one bedroom as I have been promised.
If not I will be back to this site and let you know.
