These apartments are spacious, the setting and location are excellent, and the price is very affordable. We have had no trouble with appliances, pests, or anything of the sort. HOWEVER, the service leaves much to be desired. The office staff is very hard to get a hold of and is not very friendly or helpful. They file non-payment of rent very shortly after the first of the month, even when the payment is on its way. The swimming pool is nice, but the "lifeguard" does not control the place, so one or two disorderly kids make it unpleasant. Overall I would say it has been a good place to live, but I am glad that I have not needed the help of the staff any more than I have.
