I had a plesant experience living here. The apartments are fairly large for the price, but the buildings are however older and do have their share of problems. I have had to contact maintenance on a few occasions and they were always able to fix the problem within a few days.

There are no assigned parking spots so parking can be an issue late at night. I have always been able to find a spot but sometimes its a little further away then I would perfer to walk.

As for noise, I can clearly hear the people above me walking around, and hear any noise in the hall through my door. Other than that it is fairly quiet.

The power seems to go out more here than anywhere I have ever lived, up to 10 times a week, other times it doesn't seem to be a problem. Maybe its just my building. Also heating bills seem high to me. May be because of the old building, being on the bottom floor, or just be BGE, not sure.


All and all it is a very nice place to live and I was happy here, I wouldn't want to live here forever, but the year and a half I lived here has been plesant. I would definatly recomment it.
