At first glance, this looks like a nice place to live. Very quiet, spacious apartments, nice outdoors... But don't be fool.

Management is a pain in the neck. They will try to rip you off the first chance they get. They will bill you after you move for all the "defects" that they found but which were already there.

Maintenance is non-responsive. They take their time to get back to you even on emergency calls (house flooded due to bath piping leak).

Did I mention that Management is very unprofessional' Save yourself headaches and go somewhere else. By all means do not go to Harford Village South either.

Ever wonder why most apartment complex are full but Harford Village always has extra space. There is a reason: the place sucks (thanks to Management and a poor unexperienced maintenance crew).
