Hmmm after reading the surrounding apartment reviews sounds like its a matter of the people who live here that you have to deal with is the main problem. Lets see , one of the cheapest places in BelAir but you want to pick it apart like a 5 star hotel,bad neighbors- wonder what there saying about you, broken appliances''' hmmmm well when peolpe beat the crap out of things and skip rent why would you put new stuff in, untill you know these people arent going to do the same thing. Like punch holes in the walls, break doors,pour pounds of food and grease down the drain, leave bongs and drugs out on the tables and for god sake clean your bathrooms, for god sakes every moron knows if you dont dry and clean any bathroom you will grow mold''' This mold crap is for the birds, I have my own house now and had pipes break in the middle of the night to wake up to a flood, i had to do the repair but once again any idiot knows you need to use bleach where permittable and put fans and ventalation to keep mold from growing,,,, if you allow things to escalate, then you deserve what you get. The older tenents who have been here with 10-15 year old appliances who take care of thier place have very little complaints,,,, so is it the apartment or is it the tenents ''' hmmmmmmmmmmm

Hmmmm, sounds like someone is a bit upset by the constructive criticism. After reading through these comments it would not likely deter me from visiting this particular community - as most were generally positive. Of course most people also know that it is only the unhappy people who generally complain - you usually do not get those who were satisified ranting and screaming about it. Therefore, any reasonable person knows to take the comments with a grain of salt. In any event it appears the only negatives are personality related (staff) and parking related (common). The one large complaint in regards to the leaks, etc. was a doozy but likely a rare event. My suggestion to you would be to chill out. Your over-reaction to the comments is quite telling and stimulates me to respond that you might consider taking a deep breath and "hmmmmm" a little into your own psyche (and don't take it so personally).
