Harford Village North Apartments

Overall - Ok, not fantastic. From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 12/19/2006 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2006   You can hear the noise from the neighbors above you and it's ridiculous. I've complained but was told it was "regular apartment noise" - BS. Also, there are numerous nights when I come home and either the parking lot light or the hall light is not on (or both).
