I lived at Harford Village North for two years and had nothing but issues the entire time. When I moved in everything looked good except the plywood that was painted white and screwed into the ceiling in the bathroom. I repeatedly had leaks and it was one after another. The entire dining area had to be emptied and the ceiling and wall had to be torn out and the pipes fixed several times. Each time it took over a month to fix not to mention the carpet was soaked and had to be cleaned. I had an industrial fan running in the dining room to dry the carpet for weeks. The same problem occured in the living room and in the bathroom. I had to call maintenance several times due to the fact that sliding glass door was not bolted in on the other side and anyone could have entered my bottom floor apartment. Being a single mother I did not feel safe at times. When it came time to move out management states they never recieved the letter I sent stating that I was not renewing my lease. I had paid for the month and moved out a week before the end of the month. I still had not turned in my keys as I had a few things left in the apartment. I went in to retrieve them and clean the carpets and maitenance was already in there fixing things with the air conditioning blasting. I still had not turned in my keys and I was still paying for BGE. I was told that I would be called back several times and heard no response. I still have not recieved my security deposit back and its been quite some time.
