I've been at Harford Village North for the last year and can't say enough good things about it. It's close to downtown BelAir near all the shopping, restaurants, and pubs. My apartment is huge! Everything was recently landscaped. Neighbors are friendly. And the best part, you can't beat the price. I've never had an issue with the office staff or maintenance. I can't imagine why anyone would write a bad review. I guess you just can't please everyone.
