very pleasant I lived at this complex for one year and found it to be quite nice. Neighbors were friendly and office staff was professional and friendly. I never had any problems getting something fixed and I would like to end this by saying that I was very sorry to have to move.

Not a good place to live. I lived at Harford Village North for two years and had nothing but issues the entire time. When I moved in everything looked good except the plywood that was painted white and screwed into the ceiling in the bathroom. I repeatedly had leaks and it was one after another.
