I really won't recommend anyone living at the this complex. The office staff changes every month. They don't want to help you or answer questions.
You have to worry about if your car will be towed or stolen. It really depends on how the towing company feels. Certain people are targeted depending on what type of car they drive. If you have a newer car then you have to worry about it getting towed. I really don't understand the purpose for the parking stickers because the towing company will tow you anyway if you have the sticker.
The rental office sends letters out posting what apartments are being evicted as if that make some one pay their rent.
The sent me a 90 day notice that they are not going to renew my lease just so they can get more money for the apartment. They worded the letter saying they wanted me out on or before a date. When I asked them would I still have to pay the rent for the month that I won't be there they told me yes I still had to pay.
If this is a place where you are thinking about living here DON'T!!!!!
