I have been living here in Berkley's a little over a year now. I have complain numerous of times about things that need to be fixed, or replaced. Maintenance is terrible. They come whenever the feel the need too. I have never really had a pest problem until recently. I have seen a total of 8 roaches in my apartment. I'm not sure but I think I have rats or mice living in my walls. I haven't actually seen any but, I can assure the day I see them, the day I'm out. The neigborhood is actually getting worse than it was when I first moved over here. People getting shot at just for standing outside. You can't even walk between your building without someone trying to rob you. This is madness!!!

I'm so ready to get up out of here. Please, don't even think about moving out here if you are looking for a peaceful neighborhood. These apartments are shot to hell. It's not worth the money they are asking. You will be better off sleeping on the streets.
