I lived here back in the day when Dreyfuss owned this property. When we first moved in, it was lovely had no complaints. But as it is the case when property management changes, it went downhill. Many times in the winter we had no heat. I had to call several times, and got the same sorry excuse, "we're having problems with our boiler." Whatever! Finally, my neighbor called the housing authority and just by coindence, our heat was on by that very evening. Many times when the heat was out, we had ice on the inside of our windows it was so cold. I had to sleep with my winter coat on just to keep warm. In the summer, our A/C unit would leak into the apartment below us. The walls were thin, I could easily hear my ghetto neighors arguing, smacking each other around. I felt I lived on the bottom floor they were so loud, dude would beat the chick so bad and knock her to floor, I felt like I lived in a bowling alley. I feel sorry for the people who are there now...
