I can only have my opinions and other folks may have some as well. I won't say but take it as first hand dealing. Believe what I am telly you. Berkley Estates has a very unprofessional management company. you can't really blame it on the staff in the office, I know that they have there good days but most of the bad days has something to do withthe poor managementin College Park. First of all the staff can only do what is allowed from Upper Management. Let me tell you a little something. The apartments are old so whenever something happens to your A/C unit or your Heat in the winter don't let them go 1 day withtelluing you they will fix it call the Housing Authority. Sawyer is a bad Management company and will always be. They are still part of Monocle Management. The manager claims they loose your money when we find out that the Regional has taken it. When have a water leak it won' be repaired for 1 week or more, instead of correctly fixing the problem they put clamps on the pipes. Berkly Estates can be a beautiful property if the tenants will stick together. Believe what I'm tellin you'll. There is so much more I can say but I will be writing for days. Let's just call me a secret from inside. (HMMM!!!)
