Where do I begin. #1tenant not paying rent (ROACHES) My apartment seems to be the central location in my building. I figured it was bad due to the fact that I live on the basement floor. Pest control comes out on Tuesdays. In the first month that I lived there the guy has come out and sprayed 3 times and set off bombs twice. The only thing that it did was just to contain them in the kitchen. These roaches are smart so the only thing that I can think of is that they have been around for sometime. I am not used to living this way but I guess that is what I get getting my first apt. on my own that fell within my budget. The roaches only come out at night and they leave before I wake up in the morning. How do I know that you might ask' Because I have turned on my light in the middle of the night and found numerous amounts of the having a party. The fact that I spray my kitchen down with bleach every single night is also no deterent.#2 Office staff, since I have been there the front office has gotten two new girls what seems like every three months. There is no communication between them and the maintenance crew. Just to give you an example of the problems with the young ladies: One day I called I was crying because I was frustrated and I stated that I went to draw my son's bath water and when I came back to place him in it there were baby roaches swimming all in it. Guess what the young lady responded back "Well you know roaches like water". Wrapping this up during the heatwave last summer my AC broke twice the first time for 5 days. The heat has been broken twice so far also. My window has had a rock thrown through it on my basement apt. That took a week and two direct visits with the office manager. ETc., etc, etc.
