I agree 200%. I can not wait until my lease is up. I'm running out. I have been in my apartment for four months and still want unpack everythig. That's how upset I am about my decision. A person works hard and comes home to more stress, that's not good. The company that owns Regency Square has a very good reputation in Atlanta, however, that reputation is definitely going down hill. I personally have never seen anything like this before. To me its so bad, I woke up this morning feeling like "what the ?" Is the company getting ready to run out on me and leave high and dry. You hear about these kinds of stories on the news. The property is dirty, no one cleans the buildings. I had to clean my own hallway myself, because I couldn't take it. If anything goes wrong whether it be water, ac, heat, gas, plumbing etc., don't hold your breathe waiting for repair. It's going to take a while, because remember they don't even clean the property. To me not taking care of your property and your residents tell me that you do not care. I seriously hope you haven't signed your lease. Paying rent, gas, and electric is not worth it here. You can find comfortable apartment homes far more decent for the money you are about to spend there. And if you have GOOD LUCK! You will definitely need it. I haven't had stress free home yet.
