I decided to move in to a one bedroom and was in my apartment for two days. In 48 hours, I noticed the leaky sink, the bathroom looked like I was in prison and the roaches must have thought it was their move in day too. I killed 6 in two days. SIX ROACHES IN TWO DAYS!!! Then I was in the hallway spraying roach spray around my door (yes, on day one I had to purchase my first can of roach spray!) and my neighbor said "No point in doing that. They think it's Koolaid." So, roaches drink the spray that is supposed to kill them' What are they super hood roaches'

Add to that my AC wasn't working properly, the door wouldn't lock and I had no blinds. One maintenence man can't hardly speak english and the other one talks like he is on Oprah! SHUT UP AND FIX MY DOOR DONKEY! And oh boy, the management team is dumber than a box of rocks. While I was trying to conduct business, they were all walking around eating chicken. And had the nerve to offer me some! I don't want to eat anything out of there! STOP EATING AND FIX MY APARTMENT FOOLS! No one can answer any questions and no one cares about your safety or living conditions. I talked to a police officer about the complex and he told me to get out fast. It's well known for drugs, poor living conditions and murders. Now isn't that just a lovely place to call home. Yes mom and dad, come visit me in my roach infested, druged out apartment complex. But come before 5 or you might get robbed, jacked or shot! And don't mind the Bey Bey's kids running around or the smell of urine in the hall. I had to tell these kids to move about 5,6,7,8 times while I was bringing my stuff in. There were like 17 of them living in a one bedroom apartment. This is NOT Cambodia. And they had the nerve to have a dog! The dog probably eats the roaches!

And talk about an unorganized office. Muliple people came in saying that they received a letter from the sherrif saying they were going to be evicted and they paid their rent. Some even had receipts! This was the worst place I have ever seen. It should be condemed. And who hired the property managers' They are dumb, rude, fat and nasty.

AND people can wash all night long so it's super hot when you walk in. Like you live with ----- and his roach disciples.

I would rather be homeless than to live in that squaller. I moved out! The news needs to do a story on them. The segment could be called Where the Roaches and Dummies Roam Free...

If you like fat, nasty, unprofessional, dumb people handling your business, telling you that you can't get anything fixed and the roaches are just something you'll have to deal with while eating chicken, then move right in.
