BEWARE OF REGENCY SQUARE APARTMENTS. THEY DON'T GIVE A DAMN ABOUT US HERE. For the entire month of November, the entire building has gone without hotwater. I had family visiting from North Carolina and my parents were forced to stay at a nearby hotel because REGENCY SQUARE claims to be fixing the boiler (just as they were last winter when we went WITHOUT HEAT for 5 longgggg weeks). REGENCY SQUARE is to damn cheap to purchase a new boiler for the building and they don't give a damn about their residents. They only care about receiving their money. PLEASE TENANTS, FILE A "PETITION IN ACTION OF RENT ESCROW" at the district court. I will provide copies and instructions on how to do so for each tenant. Instead of giving REGENCY SQUARE your rent money, go through the courts, the right way and have your rent monies placed in an escrow account. Why should REGENCY SQUARE continue to receive OUR rent money if Sheila Jones-Polson (regional manager) is not rectifying the problem which has gone on long enough. P.S. I have been boiling water every morning and unable to fully bathe myself in my shower for weeks, unlike Ms. Sheila Jones-Polson.
