(user photo) mold in my bathroom, i have to ask them to paint every other month (user photo) this is on my living room ceiling, I don't know what this is (user photo) this is on my bathroom ceiling, i asked what it was and the maintenance man pretended not to speak english and started mumbling. I speak spanish, I just played along. (user photo) you may not be able to see, but this is where they patched up the wall when the soap dish fell, it's a completely different color than the original tile

Management charges tenants excessive late fees and unfair fees for small infractions. They make sure you pay by threatening you with a 30 day notice. My boys put some trash in the bushes; they charged me $100, citing that the infraction was in violation of portion of lease that states "...damage to property...." I said "what damage; my sons put some trash in the bushes." They also wanted to charge me $550 for a stopped up toilet, but stopped harassing me about it when I confronted them with the actual cost of the toilet which was purchased from Home Depot by less than $50. Rent prices go up $50 every year and if you don't sign a lease your month to month rent will be $200 above regular price.
