(user photo) mold in my bathroom, i have to ask them to paint every other month (user photo) this is on my living room ceiling, I don't know what this is (user photo) this is on my bathroom ceiling, i asked what it was and the maintenance man pretended not to speak english and started mumbling. I speak spanish, I just played along. (user photo) you may not be able to see, but this is where they patched up the wall when the soap dish fell, it's a completely different color than the original tile

Worst place to live

Please do not move into this complex. The management stinks and the office on site will not help you with anything. They try to rip you off by charging all of these late fees and charging you for fees that aren't even correct. You have to call for repairs several times before someone actully comes out and then they always say they have to come back later. They are always sending eviction notices even after you have paid the rent.
If you have a problem you will never be able to contact the manager.
