(user photo) mold in my bathroom, i have to ask them to paint every other month (user photo) this is on my living room ceiling, I don't know what this is (user photo) this is on my bathroom ceiling, i asked what it was and the maintenance man pretended not to speak english and started mumbling. I speak spanish, I just played along. (user photo) you may not be able to see, but this is where they patched up the wall when the soap dish fell, it's a completely different color than the original tile

Do not move here.If you are just starting out or starting over it's okay just to get your footing, but this should not be a long term stay if you must. They put all these notices on your door about paying your rent even after you have paid the rent. The maintenance crew half does jobs and call them repairs. You never get rent receipts because you have to send your rent to a P.O. Box in Virginia, they advertise a swimming pool that has not been cleaned or in operation for as long as 3 years from my knowledge, the floors creak even though there is old carpet on the floor (you must sign that you will move in with the knowledge that they will not put down new carpet), and you can hear the water running in the pipes everytime someone turns on a faucet. I suggest that you seek elsewhere to live and if you have to live in Doral Terrace, let it be a last resort.
