(user photo) mold in my bathroom, i have to ask them to paint every other month (user photo) this is on my living room ceiling, I don't know what this is (user photo) this is on my bathroom ceiling, i asked what it was and the maintenance man pretended not to speak english and started mumbling. I speak spanish, I just played along. (user photo) you may not be able to see, but this is where they patched up the wall when the soap dish fell, it's a completely different color than the original tile

IF YOU WANT TO LIVE IN A SLUM, THIS PLACE IS RIGHT FOR YOU. ROACHES AND RATS IS AVAILBLE IN EVERY CORNER OF THESE APARTMENTS ALL YOU HAVE TO DO IS TURN OUT THE LIGHTS AT NIGHT. PEOPLE ARE BEING MURDERED IN THESE APARTMENTS AND BODIES ARE BEING BURNED IN THESE APARTMENTS. THE NEWER APARTMENTS WITH NEW CARPETS ARE WHERE THE BODIES HAVE BEING FOUND. AT END OF LEASE YOUR RENT WILL JUMP TO $200.00 MONTH TO MONTH IF YOU DONT SIGN A NEW LEASE. OVERALL RATING...JUST PLAIN HELL HOLE. MAINTENACE MEN WALK IN WETHER YOU ARE DRESS OR NOT.

I was living in this complex when the apartments burned up. That was the SECOND apartment fire. The fire you're speaking of happened after someone was MURDERED in the apartment. Home sweet home huh?
