(user photo) mold in my bathroom, i have to ask them to paint every other month (user photo) this is on my living room ceiling, I don't know what this is (user photo) this is on my bathroom ceiling, i asked what it was and the maintenance man pretended not to speak english and started mumbling. I speak spanish, I just played along. (user photo) you may not be able to see, but this is where they patched up the wall when the soap dish fell, it's a completely different color than the original tile

its no pardise island. I have a small daughter and a 18year old sister. We havent had any problems. I always find parking, even if come home early in the morning 3-430am and its usually always in front of my building.

kinda loud with the kids singing and dancing on the front. But I would rather deal with kids then a bunch of knuckle head men hanging out being on my porch after dark

My problem has never been with the apart. I get exterminated to come every week or so. My main problem is with the mgmt. I wanted to transfer to a smaller unit. First they told me there was a 450 nonrefundable transfer fee, then it went up within 2 days to 525 nonrefundable. I might have paid it but I am trying to transfer at the end of my lease. So why do I have to pay a fee, if I am not breaking my lease. STUPID!!! Then you have to mail your rent in(THEY NEVER SEND YOU A RECEIPT saying they Got it!)
its a pool...but its NEVER OPENED!!!
I just think the price is too high, but its a real easy place to move to if you do not have the best credit..As long as you have money they will accept you!

If you dont have great credit, but you still want a decent apt...then go here...But dont make it home....just a place to get yourself together...They might have had me another year until they tried to up fees within days of telling me something else.....

Hey, I recommend when you mail your rent to send it certified mail. That's what i do so they can't come back and say they didn't get it.
