(user photo) mold in my bathroom, i have to ask them to paint every other month (user photo) this is on my living room ceiling, I don't know what this is (user photo) this is on my bathroom ceiling, i asked what it was and the maintenance man pretended not to speak english and started mumbling. I speak spanish, I just played along. (user photo) you may not be able to see, but this is where they patched up the wall when the soap dish fell, it's a completely different color than the original tile

Doral Terrace is the worst place to move to. All they want is your money and I mean rent each month plus some. Malcolm from the management is VERY rude and direspectful and claims he does not like black people. Maintenance is no good. Please don't move here if you can help it PLEASE.

If he says he doesn't like black people, that's discrimination and the Housing Commission needs to hear about it.
