(user photo) mold in my bathroom, i have to ask them to paint every other month (user photo) this is on my living room ceiling, I don't know what this is (user photo) this is on my bathroom ceiling, i asked what it was and the maintenance man pretended not to speak english and started mumbling. I speak spanish, I just played along. (user photo) you may not be able to see, but this is where they patched up the wall when the soap dish fell, it's a completely different color than the original tile

Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2005
 
This is the worst place to live you have to pay to have everything fixed. A/C unit is old and never works. The rent increases out of control maintence do not know what there doing. On night I woke up to my apartment full of smoke because the heat unit was old and caught on fire. Please do not move here this neighbor hood is not safe for kids. Drugs and robbery is out of control all they want is MONEY.
