When I moved in I was just moving here so my daughter could attend a good middle- school that falls within the school boundaries that they bus to in Largo. At first it seemed OK, until I found out anyone could move in with a substantial deposit and a month's rent. Then I found out that there were hoodlums,the year before I moved in someone had been killed here and many of kids have no home-training, also from what tenants in other parts of the complex say drugs are a problem. The neighborhood is predominately black and the management treats everyone like it even if you try to assert yourself. I pay my rent on time but many people who have had problems with job loss or illness have been slapped with demands for money money money. They just tack an amount of money on their door, that they make up with out explanation and expect them to pay it. Many say they moved in because they had no credit, these people will screw your credit up more than when you moved in. They think black people should be thrown somewhere and treated like slaves, or like they are subhuman. If you don't want maintenance men roaming through your apartment taking sodas, juice and ANYTHING ELSE they want to drink, or someone demanding amounts of money you don't owe, DON'T MOVE HERE! If you call the management office and hear the name MALCOLM, HANG UP! SAVE YOURSELF! ALSO IF YOUR KIDS ARE IN HIGH SCHOOL THEY ARE BUSED TO LARGO. ONE OF THE WORST SCHOOLS IN THE COUNTY!

I came by and saw the complex and found the property to be very well kept. The Office staff was helpful and not at all as how you described. The model was a nice size apt and for the price it was not bad.
